Are you refinancing? Selling your home?
SCHA can now handle most of the closing information that title companies require from us electronically. Please contact our Treasurer, Jerry Stein with the following information:
1) Your property address.
2) Closing date.
3) The Email address of your Title Company contact where the information should be sent.
Please be aware: Summer Creek policy is to send closing information to the Title Company ONLY. We will not release documentation to realtors or other third parties. Summer Creek charges a $50 processing fee to complete this transaction. Realtors, Insurance and Title Agents CLICK HERE first.
Remodeling? Are you planning ANY improvements to the exterior of your property; front, back or side?
If you're planning an improvement on the exterior of your home, you MUST be granted authorization by the SCHA Board BEFORE work can proceed. Contact our Deed Restriction Vice-President, Bo Cung at deedvp@summercreek.org for more information.

Summer Creek
You may have noticed something placed atop street signs identifying our community. This is part of Fort Worth's Neighborhood ID Program. SCHA has installed ten signs like the ones shown above around our neighborhood featuring the Summer Creek logo. We are one of the preeminent communities in SW Fort Worth and there's no reason we shouldn't be noticed!
